The aim of the seminar was to present for the first time to a broader public the contents of HEAT SHIELD, a project
funded by the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation programme of the European Union. The Project is focused 
on the preservation of the workers’ health and productivity in the current changing weather conditions due to the
global warming phenomenon.
